Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), the company providing the software for MyTime, is retiring their current product. We plan to launch the new MyTime in October. Training will begin late this summer.
The UMW Finance, Payroll, System Support and Information Technologies teams have been working with UKG to design, build, test and deploy the new MyTime. We’ve also engaged a small focus group of UMW employees who have seen the system and will help test the functionality prior to go-live.
Some of the new system advantages are
A modern and easy to navigate design
A mobile application that has the same functionality as the desktop application
A department level view of time off requests, facilitating easier scheduling for supervisors
More system controls to prevent approval of timesheets with errors
Visible job transfer details, including supervisor and department names, making job transfers easier for our students and others with multiple jobs
