Longtime colleague Dora Minor (Monroe)
It is with heavy hearts we share the news of the passing of our longtime colleague Dora Minor (Monroe), who served as an Office Manager at UMW in the Geography Department for almost 40 years, hired in 1978 and retiring in 2017. Dora, 70, peacefully departed this life on March 8, 2025.
Dora had a passion for traveling and was always seeking new adventures and experiences. She cherished her family, finding joy and pride in the moments shared with her loved ones.
