New Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach Sarah Dalsey
The athletic department is pleased to announce the hiring of Sarah Dalsey as the new women’s lacrosse head coach.
Dalsey comes to UMW from Linfield University, where she has served as women’s lacrosse head coach since 2022-23. She oversaw a Wildcat program that advanced to the 2025 Northwest Conference Tournament – a first for the program. She guided her teams at Linfield to 17 wins in her tenure. In addition, she provided support to the athletic director with game day operations, as well as major events in the athletic department.
