The Eagle’s Summit nomination process is NOW OPEN!
UMW employees are invited to submit nominations for the 2025 cohort of Eagle’s Summit: Advancing Supervisory Leadership at UMW, a year-long professional development experience designed to cultivate strong, forward-thinking leaders across campus.
Now entering its second year, Eagle’s Summit combines leadership theory, practical application and cross-campus collaboration to foster a deeper culture of growth and connection at Mary Washington. The program includes interactive workshops, coaching, mentoring and a capstone project, all grounded in UMW’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) and its core competencies.
