Professor of Political Science and International Affairs Jason Davidson recently published an article in The National Interest titled, “Three Roadblocks on Europe’s Path to Defense Independence.” In the article, Davidson examines how dependence on U.S. military equipment, differing priorities and distinct identities all impede the formation of a unified European defense policy.
