Fitness Center
The fitness center is opening earlier this fall, beginning at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday.
- Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Open Swim
Open swim is available throughout the week, with morning, afternoon and evening hours offered Monday through Friday, as well as a Sunday session.
- Monday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Tuesday: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. & 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.guest
- Friday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Group Fitness
Ready to try something new? The first week of group fitness classes is free! Check out the fall schedule and sample a class before Group Fitness Passes are required beginning Aug. 31. Faculty and staff have several pass options this year:
- Group Fitness Pass – $25/semester or $40/year: Unlimited access to regular group fitness classes, including evening offerings.
- Faculty/Staff Group Fitness Pass – $80/semester or $150/year: Unlimited access to faculty/staff-only classes. New this year, F/S Yoga will run throughout the semester on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a new Midday Muscle strength class offered on Thursdays.
- Faculty/Staff All-Access Pass – $105/semester or $190/year: Unlimited access to all regular group fitness and faculty/staff-only classes.
