The Supply Room Companies (TSRC) customized UMW office supply eVA punchout catalog is live! Users will likely see a few edits this month as we kick-the-tires on this new catalog. For your convenience, TSRC has crafted the a helpful User Guide.

- ANNUAL SPCC TRAINING
The annual SPCC training is required for all cardholders and cardholder approvers. The training is available in UMW Global and needs to be completed by Feb. 27, 2015. SPCC Training Step-by-Step Guide

- CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING
The required annual contract administrator training and quiz is available on UMW Global and should be completed no later than March 27, 2015. Instructions for accessing the training can be found here.
Administrators may search all contracts by entering your name in the “Contract Administrator” field in our online contract management system CobbleStone.

- NEW SURPLUS PROPERTY FORM
Have any surplus property? Do you plan on relocating any equipment? Central Storeroom has a new online form for reporting surplus, relocated, or stolen property. You will no longer need to email the Storeroom your form; simply fill it out, hit submit, and we will be notified automatically.

- CAMPUS STOCK REQUEST ITEMS
As of Feb. 9, we will be removing the online Campus Stock Request form. Requests for supplies can be made using the new Supply Room punchout catalog.
- LAST CALL FOR MODULAR FURNITURE
There are assorted modular units available in the Central Storeroom’s surplus inventory: walls, drawers, countertops and more. These units offer flexibility and maneuverability. Interested? Contact the Storeroom.
- Buyer Beware
Two UMW department buyers recently reported receiving calls from someone who wanted the number printed on the front of the nearby copier, the savvy Buyers directed the caller to the UMW Copy Center and in both cases the caller hung up the phone. Beware of similar scams to sell toner or replenish supplies.
Parking Management:
- FACULTY/STAFF/CONTRACTOR/VENDOR DECAL RE-REGISTRATION 2015
All Faculty and Staff decals expire on July 1, 2015. Beginning Monday, March 2, 2015, UMW employees may re-register all current vehicle through the Eaglenet Portal, decals will be issued via campus mail.

- UMW BOOKSTORE SPRING BREAK HOURS:
Saturday, Feb. 28 – Sunday, March 1:CLOSED
Monday, March 2 – Thursday, March 5: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, March 6 – Sunday, March 8: CLOSED
The UMW Bookstore will resume regular operating hours on Monday, March 9 at 8 a.m.
