Campus Dining will be expressing their appreciation to UMW’s faculty and staff by serving an upscale buffet lunch in the Maple Salon at the Top of the UC on Thursday, April 26. Executive Chef Will Allison will be carving an herb encrusted roast beef and classic roast turkey, which will be served with his special selection of sides, desserts and accompaniments. Service will begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:30 p.m.
Cost for the lunch: The cost will be $6 (no upcharge), but Campus Dining has also provided a way to get the lunch free of charge! Appreciation punch cards were distributed to all members of the faculty and staff that, when punched five times in retail dining locations, can be used as a ticket for the appreciation lunch. Anyone who has not received the punch card may pick one up from cashiers at any Campus Dining location.
