Kevin Caffrey, senior associate registrar, was featured in the Augusta Free Press for his upcoming Mary Talk, “Prioritizing Empathetic Communication in the Workplace.” Caffrey highlights that while most organizations expect “excellent communications skills,” they rarely define what that entails. Drawing from his research on empathetic communication and psychological safety, Caffrey will discuss the importance of embracing empathy on all levels of an organization to improve workplace dynamics.
