The City of Fredericksburg has announced that FOX 5 DC will feature Fredericksburg as part of its Zip Trip series, with a live broadcast scheduled for Friday, July 25, from 7 to 11 a.m. at Riverfront Park, 713 Sophia Street.
The Mary Washington community is invited to attend this exciting community event and enjoy the energy of a live television production. The broadcast will feature interviews, segments on local attractions, and opportunities for community members to participate on camera.
Wear your UMW gear proudly and join the event downtown to celebrate our favorite city! Zip Trip is FOX 5’s well-known summer series that highlights communities across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with local vendors, enjoy product samples, and take part in the filming, with the possibility of appearing on air during the live segments.
