Bookstore Updates and August Order Info for Fall Semester

The new UMW Bookstore opened this summer with the same campus location in Lee Hall, third floor, and an expanded selection of merchandise in-person and online. Visit the UMW bookstore online to check out the spirit gear and get started on your textbook order for the fall.

Textbooks and course materials must be ordered online for the fall semester.
This process is new this year, so students should allow for extra time to order your books; however, you can also place your order as soon as you’ve set your class schedule, and your books will be waiting for you in-store when ship to store is the selected option.

Ways to Order Textbooks and Course Materials:

• When you set your class schedule, visit the UMW Bookstore Online and shop by schedule to sign into your account (single sign-on SSO available).
• Check the details for each class for required and optional materials to confirm your cart and check-out.
• You can ship the materials directly to your location (shipping fees apply with free shipping on orders $59 and above) or send them to the UMW Bookstore with free 2-day shipping to pick-up.

Any orders placed between July 31 and August 10 will be ready for pick-up by August 19. Books are not available in store unless they are ordered and shipped there.

If you are already on campus, you can also order via the in-store kiosk or ask for help from a store associate. Check the summer hours online.
