Bonds Discusses Data Centers in NPR Report

Professor of Sociology Eric Bonds was featured in an NPR report titled “NDAs Are Hiding Data Center Deals, Drawing Ire From Locals — and Attention From Lawmakers.” The report examines the use of nondisclosure agreements in data center development projects across the country.
