Director of Continuing and Professional Studies Teresa Segelken, Director of Regional Partnerships Devin Fedor and Associate Dean of Graduate Admissions Christy Pack got together to talk with NewsTalk 1230 WFVA’s Town Talk. The trio spoke about UMW Graduate & Continuing Education, highlighting a range of academic offerings, including a new Master of Science in Nursing program and an MBA with career-focused pathways, along with continuing and professional programs that feature both graduate degrees and non-degree certifications. In addition, Pack was featured by the Fredericksburg Free Press in a piece titled “New UMW Nursing Master’s targets workforce shortage.” In the segment, Pack says the Master of Science in Nursing is cohort-based, meaning students move through the program together with built-in support.
