The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) welcomed new student members at an induction ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 1, in the Hurley Convergence Center. This event marked the society’s first in-person induction ceremony for new members since the start of the pandemic. NSCS is an honors organization that recognizes first- and second-year students who excel academically. Students must hold a minimum GPA of 3.4 to be offered membership.
