Campus Dining is hosting a free Health & Wellness Fair on Wednesday, March 25, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Seacobeck Hall.
Free blood pressure and cholesterol checks, door prizes, healthy snack samples and demonstrations will be available from over 20 local providers of health and wellness services ranging from health care facilities to spas to fitness centers to counseling services.
Some of this year’s participants will include the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, Mary Washington Health Care, Massage Envy, UMW Health & Recreation Centers, PepsiCo and General Mills.
The Fair is free and open to the public. Dinner will also be available at the usual price of $5.00 for faculty and staff or $10.75 plus tax for other guests. All dining rooms will be serving “Mindful” dishes that evening, too!
