I want to thank those of you who were able to participate in the recent open forums and other opportunities for stakeholder input regarding the UMW presidential search. Our consultant, Martin Baker, and I learned a great deal from the various forums and are grateful for the engagement by many members of the University community. The feedback garnered will inform the institutional leadership profile to be used in cultivating a strong pool of candidates for the University’s next president.
