The Procurement Services department welcomes you to the first UMW Supplier Expo on Feb. 26. Mark your calendars and feel free to share this message with other members of your department!
Suppliers and Business Partners will be on campus to meet with you, share information and samples, discuss first-hand new products and future opportunities, identify SWaM resources, and more. This event is free for faculty and staff, and will feature snacks from PepsiCo and Campbell’s Vending.

Fun Facts from UMW Procurement Services…Did you know?
PepsiCo contributes over $125,000 annually to UMW, provides gratis product, including water for commencement, and sponsors up to $4,000 in textbook scholarships to eligible academic departments each year for on-time textbook adoption (the math department received $2,000 for fall 2015 on-time adoptions). Come say thanks!
TSRC: In the first year of our new office supply contract with TSRC, UMW received $30,000 implementation funds and saved 15 percent over the prior year’s office supply purchases.
CoxCom: In addition to providing internet services, the new contract with Cox will contribute in-demand and broadcast services with an annual value of approximately $90,000.
DLT Solutions: Within our recently awarded contract, DLT will provide one paid internship for UMW students.
