Registration for private fitness classes is now open for UMW faculty, staff and their sponsored guests. Sessions run from March 20 – April 21:
- YOGA – Mondays & Wednesdays – 12pm-12:50pm
- EAGLE FIT – Tuesdays & Thursdays – 12pm-12:45pm
- CIZE – Tuesdays & Thursdays – 1pm-1:45pm
