This summer, Campus Recreation is offering fitness programs exclusively for UMW employees: Total Body Workout and Lunchtime Yoga.
Each fitness program is 5 weeks long, meets twice a week, and costs $30 for the 5-week session. That’s 10 workouts! Can’t make a few of them? That’s okay! There’s no penalty for missing a few classes. We understand that it’s tough to commit to all 10 workouts. Some workouts are better than no workouts! Session 1 is May 20 – June 21. No class on Monday, May 27 in observation of Memorial Day.
Lunchtime Yoga: The lunchtime yoga class is a gentle, relaxing yoga class designed to give faculty and staff head space during busy workdays, as well as the energy needed to finish the day strong. Mats, blocks, straps, and instruction are provided.
Total Body Workout: Heat up your summer with two cardio-based total body workouts each week, led by a certified personal trainer. These workouts will use your body and circuit training to help you stay active.

Monday – Friday: 11:30am-2pm, 4pm-8pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 12pm-4pm
