Professor Elizabeth Freund Larus, Chairman of the UMW Department of Political Science and International Affairs, published an article in Taiwan Insight (Nottingham) indicating that despite promises to get tough on China, Joe Biden is not likely to antagonize China, especially when it involves Taiwan.
