Stephen Farnsworth, professor of political science and director of the University’s Center for Leadership and Media Studies, recently delivered a Washington lecture entitled, “Federalism, Separation of Powers and Mass Media Regulation in the United States,” to political leaders from Zambia as part of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
