Reservations Required for “No Reservations”

A limited number of tickets are still available for popular chef and television host Anthony Bourdain’s appearance at the Fredericksburg Forum in Dodd Auditorium on Thursday, September 23, at 8:00 p.m. As host of the popular Travel Channel’s travel and food series, “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations,” Bourdain explores exotic places worldwide seeking authentic experiences in foods that flavor global cultures. Eagle Landing to Host Open House for Faculty and Staff

The University of Mary Washington Foundation cordially invites faculty and staff to a special open house for Eagle Village. Please bring your UMW I.D. card for entrance on Tuesday, August 17, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. The tours begin at the mixed use building, across from Country Cookin’ where you can see the UMW Foundation office suite and the sites for the new business tenants. Following that tour, you can proceed to Eagle Landing for tours of the common areas, representative student apartments, and a walk across the new pedestrian bridge linking UMW to Eagle Landing.

Nicole Myers and the UMW Play Lab are still in the running for the Pepsi Refresh Challenge $25,000 grant.
