NEW PRINTING CONTRACT
Procurement Services is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2015, we have awarded contracts for print services to 12 SWAM vendors, Contract Number UCPUMW 16-381. The contracts have been uploaded to Cobblestone. The contracts offer competitive pricing and the opportunity for rebates once established spend thresholds are achieved.
As always, the Copy Center is the first stop for any of our printing needs, but in those instances where the Copy Center cannot meet your specific requirements, you are encouraged to use one of the 12 vendors. Samples of their products are available for your preview by calling Pat Canciglia, Buyer/Specialist, (540) 654-1237.

RO2 CHANGE IN EVA
The “R02” option for “ad hoc” or un-registered vendors has been removed. Users may select R01, and continue to process orders in normal fashion.
UMW pays higher eVA fees for unregistered vendors, so UMW eVA users are encouraged solicit their vendors to register within eVA, and to minimize the use of unregistered and state entered vendors, where possible.
