Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Course:

Come join UMW Campus Recreation for a five-week introduction course in mindfulness and meditation!

Dates: Tuesdays, March 11 – April 8

Time: 5:30 – 7 p.m.

Location: Combs Hall, Room 4

Instructor: Bill Brooks, Manse Fields Mindfulness

        Thanks for the follow up. Yurgen contacted me as well. Unfortunately I have a schedule conflict and can’t make the commitment for this series. I think its wonderful that this coures is being offered and hope to be able to attend when it is offered again.
