The UMW Student Handbook has been updated for the new academic year and is now available online. The handbook provides important information about University policies and regulations, as well as resources and procedures that support the Mary Washington student experience.
Several policies and links have been updated in the latest edition. Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the handbook and familiarize themselves with the information as they work with and support students throughout the year. Students are responsible for knowing and following the policies outlined in the handbook, along with applicable federal, state and local laws.
