Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Course:
Come join UMW Campus Recreation for a five-week introduction course in mindfulness and meditation!
Dates: Tuesdays, March 11 – April 8
Time: 5:30 – 7 p.m.
Location: Combs Hall, Room 4
Instructor: Bill Brooks, Manse Fields Mindfulness
