Political Science Professor Elizabeth Freund Larus commented in the South China Morning Post on Taiwan’s exclusion from the massive Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). Professor Larus indicated that economic fallout from the exclusion might be limited and Taiwan still has a chance to join the alternate Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
