Please stop by the UMW bookstore or Simpson Library to pick up your new 2012-13 Verizon telephone directory. Residential white pages are not included, only business listings and the yellow pages. Residential white pages are available at www.verizon.com/whitepages. A free copy of the residential white pages can be obtained by calling 1-800-888-8448.

Maintenance of UMW’s campus-wide TV service will begin today, and continue throughout the week.
The following list describes which services will be down, and for how long.

The following message is from Facilities Services:
Replacement of the walkway between George Washington Hall and Annex A , from the GW parking lot to Campus Walk, will begin Friday, August 3. GW Hall and Dodd Auditorium will not be accessible via the entrances on the west side of the buildings. Please enter through the front entrance of GW or the Double Drive side entrances. The back and side doors of Annex A will be blocked, so please enter from Campus Walk or the walk from Tyler to Campus Walk. Access to Campus Walk from the GW parking lot will be along Double Drive.
The project is expected to be completed August 15. As with all outdoor projects, there may be delays due to weather conditions. The following message is from the Office of Facilities Services: On Friday, August 3, Facilities Services will begin paving maintenance in the rear parking lot of the UMW Apartments.
The rear lot will not be accessible for parking or as a entrance to the apartment complex until August 14. Access to the UMW Apartments will be from William Street only. The trash and recycling dumpsters will be relocated to the parking lot along William Street during the project.
On Wednesday, August 8, work will begin on the Russell Hall lot, Marshall Hall lot and Marshall Circle. There will be no access to these areas and Marshall hill until August 16, after the final painting of the lots and drive.
