Colin Rafferty, Associate Professor of English, recently had his graphic essay on James Monroe, “The Eye of James Monroe (#5),” published in the newest issue of Pinball magazine.
Colin Rafferty, Associate Professor of English, had “The Imagineer Considers Tomorrow (#45.1)” recently published in the new issue of Waxwing. It joins four other essays published back in October and was commissioned by the editors in the wake of the 2016 presidential election.

Colin Rafferty, associate professor of English, recently had his essay “Four Sentences on Failure (#16)” published in the 2016 issue of The Evansville Review. He also moderated and presented a paper on the panel “Joan Didion and Today’s Essayists” on April 2 at the Association of Writers and Writing Programs conference in Los Angeles.

Colin Rafferty, associate professor of English, recently published the essay “Washington Bullets” in Enter Your Initials for Record Keeping, an anthology of essays about the video game “NBA Jam.” The collection was issued by Cobalt Books. Rafferty also read the essay at a book release event in Baltimore in July.
